I have to agree with Catherine’s opinion on Elements and Express. That’s kind of like saying try notepad instead of dreamweaver.

I think they do Microsoft’s upgrade plan. it works like this:

Customer: Help! Everything is so bloated and huge and slow!
Microsoft: Okay, we’ll raise the RAM requirements! Problem SOLVED!

Sounds like you may be interested in Photoshop Elements, or Photoshop Express then. The Configurator in the new pro Photoshop may be of interest too.

(I liked the Hungry Hippo illustration, by the way, even though I had trouble understanding action games in contrast to strategy games.)

I think that would be freakin’ awesome! Seeing all the ads up there for cheap Adobe software makes me sad that I can’t even afford the cheap, bootleg crap!
