		<description>Sounds like you may be interested in Photoshop Elements, or Photoshop Express then. The Configurator in the new pro Photoshop may be of interest too.

(I liked the Hungry Hippo illustration, by the way, even though I had trouble understanding action games in contrast to strategy games.)
