   I wrote this long thing about my shittacular experience with them but I figured most of our readers are more visually inclined.

   So, without further ado, this is pretty much the same experience I had with AT&T:

   Just got a call from ATT confirming the transfer to take place next week.

   I wanna beat something's head in with a giant rubber stick.

   Update: So it's Tuesday, service was supposedly supposed to be on as of yesterday. I call them up, 3 different numbers again, eventually I'm talking to the "installation" department. They tell me their installation guy couldn't figure out where to turn the service on and claims he didn't have my phone number. The number on the document about who to call in case this happens... was on the document. It didn't disappear. He just simply didn't call.

   What.the.fck.

   So now I have to wait until WEDNESDAY for him to return, and HOPEFULLY call me if he has ISSUES. Because opening an unlocked door to a basement is HARD.

   Telegraph? Man, these guys are really old. No wonder they suck! Not that all old people suck, but clearly there's a behavioral pattern resembling some elderly, senile person that just makes life really freaking difficult.

   AT&T peed on my floor!

   But at least I have a dial tone now, and do you know what that means? Yes, soon I will have internet back.

   disclaimer: att did not really pee on my floor. they just crapped all over my last few weeks. that is all.
