   Our subscribers (domain is hinet.net) have encountered the problem of sending e-mails to the account that covered under the domain (rpaelect.com) for the past few days. All the e-mails were being rejected, even the legal emails.
   Besides, please refer to the error message as below.

   I would like to clarify that HiNet works on spam issue all the time. We develop a filtering system on our relay servers and also accept spam complaints. If you can give us spam mail header, we'll suspend and punish the spammers after our investigation.

   It would be much appreciated if you can check up the problem for us. If there is anything we can be of assistance to you, please feel free to contact us immediately (please email to rbl.hinet@hotmail.com or rbl@hibox.hinet.net). We expect you can remove the block from our mail servers (168.95.4.0/24, 168.95.5.0/24, 61.220.15.0/24, 61.220.15.201 ~ 61.220.15.213) first. Then the legal emails from HiNet can be delivered to your domain. We are looking forward to work out the problem as soon as possible.
